Workforce Connect Management is a Canadian staffing and property services company headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in deploying trained hospitality and commercial cleaning staff to hotels, resorts, property management companies, and commercial facilities across the country.

We built our own workforce management platform — the WFConnect app — to coordinate scheduling, shift assignments, GPS-based time tracking, and real-time communication between our staff and operations team. This gives us better accountability and faster response times than companies relying on manual coordination.

How quickly can you deploy staff?
For most requests, we confirm staffing the same day. Emergency or last-minute coverage depends on availability in your area and how early in the day we receive the request. For planned engagements — recurring contracts, peak season coverage, or events — we coordinate well in advance to guarantee availability.
What areas do you serve?
We have active deployments across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Manitoba, and Nova Scotia. Ontario — particularly the Greater Toronto Area — is our primary operating region. If your property is in a city not listed on our coverage map, contact us and we will assess whether we can support your location.
What types of properties do you support?
We work with hotels, motels, and resorts of all sizes; commercial office buildings; schools, colleges, and university campuses; healthcare clinics and dental offices; retail and mixed-use properties; and post-construction sites requiring cleanup before occupancy. If you manage a property with regular cleaning or staffing needs, we can typically accommodate it.
How do you handle last-minute or emergency coverage?
Our coordination team operates seven days a week. For emergency requests — a no-show, sudden increase in bookings, or an unplanned event — reach out to us directly by email or through the contact form. We will tell you immediately whether same-day coverage is available. Established clients receive priority response.
How do clients request service?

Ongoing clients manage requests through our platform, where you can submit shift needs, review staff assignments, and communicate directly with our operations team.
Are your workers background-checked and trained?
All workers go through our onboarding process before being assigned to client sites. This includes identity verification, role assessment, and briefing on client-specific standards. We do not send workers to a property until they have been reviewed by our team. Specific background check arrangements can be discussed during the quote process for clients with enhanced security requirements.
